Hello? Hello? Is anyone there?

wow, I can't believe that I have NOT updated this blog in almost two months!! I'm a horrible blogger and an even worse blog reader. I've probably lost all of you now with my absolutely most boring and non existent blog. Well, if anyone is still checking in, here's a teaser...

Baby Cate at two months

I promise to try to do some more updating but for now, I must try to get some sleep!

My Birth Story

On Wednesday, July 8, I had an appt with my ob. The prior day, I had seen the peri who did my weekly NST and BPP. They also did a growth scan which showed Cate was measuring two weeks ahead and 9 pounds 2 ounces. Of course, being we did IVF, we know that my dates aren't off. The Peri suggested that if I was in a position to be induced, that it was time.

So, I went in to meet with my OB. I had progressed to 2cm from the prior visit where I wass only 1/2 cm. I'm not sure what happened but before I knew it, my OB was on the phone with the hospital giving them instructions on my inducement. I figured she'd be like, ok, let's do it Friday, not let's do it NOW. I started crying, completely caught me off guard. My husband was with me but in separate cars as he was going to go into work. We headed home to get my bag, clean up a bit and headed over to the hospital.

We got there around noon or so. Pam was my nurse and when I was walking down the hall, I just started to cry, I was terrified. They got me set up, took blood for the cord blood banking and set up my IV. Around 2pm, they started pitocin. Dr. Chen was on call and she tried to break my water but NO luck. Around 6pm, she checked me and I had made NO progress, still at 2cm. Of course, each doctor is different but still, nothing was happening. So, she suggested two things, I could continue pitocin or stop, get a shower, some food and we'd start cyotec to soften my cervix at 10pm that night, start pitocin again in the morning. I really wish that's what they would have done from the start!!! So, she suggested going w cyotec and that's what I was leaning towards so we stopped, I ate a salad from Panera and got a shower.

At 10pm, the nurse started cyotec. I really didn't care for this nurse at all. They also gave me two ambien. Dr. Rudolph was now the doctor on call. She was awesome! She told me that they'd do cyotec every four hours unless I was asleep since I needed the rest. I got another cyotec at 6am and at some point, they started pitocin again. I can't remember when. Later that day, Dr. Rudolph broke my water I think it was about 2pm. From there on out, things progressed and quickly. I started having regular contractions and became uncomfortable. It did start to become painful and I wasn't sure how long it'd take to get an epi so I decided to just get it. He came pretty quickly, I was surprised. It wasn't too bad getting it, kinda uncomfortable as the nurse was pushing down on my head. I had asked if I could sit indian style but he said no, legs over the edge. Then, after he did it, he was like, that might have made it easier as I could have hunched over more. UH, DUH!!

The epi was great, made me feel comfortable and I was definitely having regular strong contractions that I couldn't feel!!! Dr. Rudolph checked me again at 6 or so and I was at 5cm!! She said, she guessed the baby would arrive anywhere from 8 - midnight. Around 9pm, I was really feeling pressure. My mom checked w the nurse and she finally checked me around 9:30. I really felt the need to push. She was like, eh, yeah, the baby is RIGHT there! they called the doctor who was on the way to the other hospital. nice. She got there around 10pm and I started pushing. At some point, I started feeling the contractions so they called to get me some meds and sure enough, my epi line came undone. wonderful. The put it back and things became much better as I could rest inbetween pushes now. Around 12:15am, the doctor told me if I can't get this baby out in 15minutes, we're talking c-section. I told her, just c-section me!!! I could tell, I would feel her come down, go back. I didn't feel her moving out anymore. Sure enough, come 12:30, I was getting prepped for surgery. They came in to get me more meds and prepped Tom as well. I felt the last three contractions and they were awful. I was grabbing onto the bed rail and curled up into a ball.

I was wheeled into surgery and all I kept saying was I still feel pressure. It relieved after a bit. My primary doctor came in to assist, I was so glad to see her. She gave me a big hug! They put up the drape and I heard the aneth saying they've already started. Tom was by my side and before I knew it, they said, tom come here, take pictures!! He got to cut the cord and they said to me, here she comes! They put her over the curtain but I didn't get to see her. The first thing the doctor said was ok, well, here's the problem! Your baby is HUGE, big girl! hope you didn't buy alot of newborn clothes! I kept asking if she was ok. Tom brought her over to me and I just kept reaching for her. I think tom was in such awe that he wasn't thinking to bring her closer. It was really hard being on my back and strapped down. I was just so glad she had arrived and was safe!!

Caitlin Eve is here!!

Cate arrived on July 10th at 1:12am via C-Section. She was 9 pounds, 15 ounces and 21 inches long. I've been extremely busy taking care of her and myself! I promise I will start working on my birth story. We are all doing well and adjusting to being home!!

Waving my white flag...

throwing in the towel! I'm done. My back is killing me, I was up every hour last night, got no sleep, so, that's it! I told my boss this morning that Thursday will be my last day in the office. I need to get some rest and I don't want to do it anymore. So, this is my last week in the office. I'll still be doing payroll from home which is every other week.

I had my weekly OB appt this morning and met a new doctor who I LOVED!!! She was great. My BP was 134/90 so they were a bit concerned. She did an exam and I was 1/2 cm and she said the baby was low. So, while I had hoped for more, it was better than nothing. She did also note that I have a narrow arch. She said it was something to keep in mind if I seem to labor and not make any progress. It could be that the baby won't fit. Of course, you never know but she was letting me know.
Since I have protein in my urine already, any abnormal bp gets them concerned. They rechecked before I left and it did go down so she was happy with that.

I have my NST/BPP on Wednesday and my next OB appt on July 8th.

NST and BPP - Take 1!

Well, I figured, I have at most 3 weeks left in this pregnancy which means 3 NSTs and BPPs. They want to do them weekly since I'm still spilling protein into the urine but have normal blood pressure. If there are any signs that the baby is in distress, they'll induce me and out she will come! But, for today, everything looked good and I had a great US tech! I wish I could request her everytime, she was super nice, way beyond nice. She gave me 8 - 3D ultrasound pictures!! I am so sad my husband missed it. I figured it would be quick as usual but she said she wasn't too busy. We got a great one of the foot and the others are of her face. I will scan them this weekend and post the best ones. It was really awesome too because you could see the vernix floating around in the fluid. It looked like a snow globe! poor baby, sounds so icky in there... I keep telling her she is more than welcome to come out and play now.

The NST went well also. The Peri said that I am having contractions but nothing regular which I already knew. I've been feeling them so it wasn't really a shock. I see a rotating OB on Monday since my primary OB is on call. Then, back for my next NST and BPP on Wednesday!

Doctor Appt at 36 weeks 4 days...

Well, good news and bad news, the good news is no more jug of pee!!! thank god, I'm not sleeping well as it is and to have to pee several times during the night into a basin and pour that into a jug was getting OLD!!! Bad news is that I am still spilling protein into my urine which means weekly NSTs and Biophysical Profiles for me. If it were at my ob's office, I don't think I'd mind so much but it's at the Peri. I really don't like the Peri at all. It's not even worth getting into. My bp was still normal at my appt so that's good news.

I have my next NST tomorrow and the first biophysical profile. I really felt last weeks NST was a complete waste of time so we'll see if this is of any use at all! gotta follow doctor's orders right?

Ironically, my husband saw his doctor for his annual and he's spilling protein as well, not sure if I mentioned that in an early post. The doctor ordered the jug for him as well along w an ultrasound of his kidneys. Oddly enough, the tech could only find one?! um, ok. So, he's having a cat scan tomorrow, praying they see two!! It would just be amazing after 36 years to find out he only has ONE kidney!

I just realized my ticker moved forward!!!

My ticker at the bottom with the baby moved into the last slot! YAY!!

35 1/2 week appt!

We met one of the rotating doctors at this appointment, Dr. Arcelin. While I didn't hate him, I certainly didn't love him. So, all my bloodwork results were in along with my jug o' pee. My jug o' pee showed that I am definitely spilling protein into my urine, peachy. He said it was a substantial amout and enough that I get to repeat it again this weekend! They want me doing it weekly to monitor the amount. He said that this alone could cause an early eviction. All of my bloodwork is in normal range so they aren't quite sure what's going on. They are clearly watching things closely as they believe preeclampsia is developing. He said that I may need to start doing biophysical profiles each week, maybe twice a week to make sure the baby isn't in distress. He also did the group b strep test.

So, that about sums it up. I have my NST tomorrow at the Peri so we'll see what he thinks about all this as well. I have my next appt with my regular OB on Wednesday. I'm anxious to hear her opinion on all this and see how my next jug o' pee collection goes!

35/35!!!!

Wowzers, 35 weeks pregnant, 35 days to go. I've always seen girls post this on the bump and it seemed so unattainable, it's surreal to be here!

It's been an eventful week. On Tuesday, I had an appt with a new primary physician, just to get established since I have a HMO. The last one was horrible and gave me a hard time when my ob wanted me to see a pulmonologist after I got pregnant. I'd been having issues with him anyways. So, I figured I'd check in w a new one before the baby is here. Of course, my bp was 140/90. I thought no biggie, I am nervous, meeting a new doctor and all. We chat and she took it again, 140/90. She's a really nice doctor, my parents see her as well and it turns out we went to HS together. But, of course, she had to call my ob, who happens to be the same as hers! The OB was off that day so they put her through to the on call. He checked my chart and saw that I had protein in my urine last visit. Protein & high BP ended in a visit to the OB. I got to the ob, they rechecked my bp and it was normal but still had the protein in the urine. I promised him that the high BP was normal for me at a new doctor but at this point, he said he didn't care. The protein was enough concern for him. So, they did some bloodwork and he sent me home to rest w a recheck in the am.

I saw my primary OB in the morning, bp was normal but again, still the lovely protein in the urine. My doctor said she wasn't worried, thought the bp was just from white coat syndrome! love that term! But, they are making me do the 24 hour urine test Oh joy! I started it this morning, so for the next 24 hours, I get to collect my urine in jug. fun stuff! Hopefully, this protein in my urine is nothing and doesn't cause any issues. Of course, their first concern is pre-eclampsia developing but even without the bp, something isn't right and causing the protein in my urine so they are checking things out.

Yesterday, we went on a tour of the hospital, ugh, long story but last minute switch thanks to our insurance. I'm glad we did that since it is definitely different, good to know their procedures so I'm not caught off guard the day of delivery. Afterwards, we went to a prenantal class at a potential pediatrician which I think we both have agreed on, most used by people we know in the area. It was definitely helpful and we were able to speak with one of the doctors one on one and learn more about the practice.

Today, dh and I are doing tons of things around the house, trying to finalize things for the arrival of Cate!

Cate's Going Home Outfit

Yesterday, my dh and I headed to the mall but one a bit further from home since they have a Pottery Barn Kids and some other stores that we don't have at our local mall. We went to look at rugs at Pottery Barn kids but couldn't decide on one. Then, we went to a few other stores to see if we could find a outfit for Cate to come home in. They have a Janie and Jack which I love! The store is expensive but this outfit is for a special occasion and it was on sale! Yeah, she'll probably spit up on it but oh well.

I have to admit, walking the mall was a bit difficult, we sat 3 or 4 times and I used the restroom several times as well.

So, low and behold, here it is!

32 weeks and 4 days! Holy Moly!

On Thursday, we saw the Peri for a checkup and had an ultrasound. I'm really not sure how I got here, almost 33 weeks. It's quite surreal and hard to process. Over the past week, we also attended our childbirth class and took a tour of the hospital.

The class was pretty good but quite general, I feel a bit more knowledgeable but in a general way. It was last Saturday from 9-4. I thought it'd be a very long day but it went quickly. I wish it had been more detailed on the labor part, what to expect and how to manage it but I do feel like I learned some things. We also took a tour of the hospital on Wednesday. We got to see a labor and delivery room along w a post partum room. We also got to see the nursery whicd had no babies in it as we came in but two on the way out. She explained they encourage rooming in w the baby so the babies that were in there were from women who had C sections. There was a little girl and a boy. The boy was two hours old! so amazing to see! I have to admit, all the other mom and dads to be were up close, saying how cute but I had to step back and hold back my tears. I don't know how they all felt but all I could think was that after all this time, I might actually get to take home a baby, I just feel so incredibly LUCKY.

Caitlin was looking good and weighing 5 pounds 4 ounces! She is in the 86 percentile for her size. While this is great news, it is also something to keep an eye on. The Peri told me that by 40 weeks, she will be weighing about 9 1/2 pounds. Of course, this is an estimate, so, it could be 8 1/2 pounds or 10 1/2 pounds. This really concerns me because my sister's first child was 9 pounds 10 ounces and her delivery went horrible and my niece had complications which I won't go into detail about but she was in the NICU for a bit. My sister was induced to prevent this with her second child and things went very smoothly, of course, it was a second child but he weighed more in the 8 pound range. So, anyways, the Peri did said that an induction a week or two early might be something to consider. He is doing a NST in 4 weeks so we'll see where she is at then, if I make any progress on my own and discuss it further. I'm really not looking for opinions or experiences on this, just journaling what was discussed. :)

Here are two profile pictures from the ultrasound!

Tell me what you think!

My husband and I had an extremely busy weekend! On Saturday morning, I headed to BRU to pick up a bunch of things for the baby. I've been feeling a bit stressed which I know is normal but preparing is helping me feel better so that's what I'm focusing on. Once my husband got home from work, we headed to look for a new fridge and other misc stuff. In the evening, we spent some time in the nursery, hanging her mobile (see picture below) and letters which leads me to my question. We're trying to decide on whether to put bows on each letter, none of the letters or every other one? Here's a few pictures, let me know what you think!

All Private Now!

Ok, hopefully, this will help me feel a bit better. Recently, I had some family members join the blogging world and it got me nervous that they might find me since they still don't know about the IVFs. Plus, it just weirded me out to see all these people venturing onto my blog and not knowing who they were. I'd really like to make this more of a journal and not have to worry that someone is reading it that I don't want.

Thursday, May 14, 2009

I have decided that I'm going to go private on my blog...

I've posted some pictures lately and it's made me realize that I probably will continue to post more especially when the baby is born. I feel so strange not knowing who is viewing these pictures and information. If you'd like to continue reading my blog, please leave a comment with your info and how we know each other (blog world, bump, real life, etc.) and I will add you to my list. Of course, I won't publish the comments so no one needs to worry about having their info posted either.

Thanks!

Belly Picture?

This weekend was my godaughter/niece's first holy communion. I think this is the first picture I've had taken since I've been pregnant. I really should have gotten a side photo taken but I didn't. So, this is all I've got to show as far as a belly picture goes. My shirt is pretty baggy so you really can't even tell that there's a belly there...

Busy Weekend!!

After work on Friday, my husband and I hit the mall to get my niece's communion gift. It had to be engraved so we got some dinner and picked up a mother's day gift. We didn't get home til about 8:30pm and I was beat. I think my days of doing that are OVER! On Saturday, I met my friend at the spa for a pedicure, finally redeemed a giftcard from my SIL from Christmas. After our pedicures, we got lunch at Panera, we had a great time!

Then, my husband and I went for a 3D ultrasound! It was absolutely awesome. We got to see Caitlin live in 3D for about 45 minutes. We saw her sucking her thumb, making fists, making funny faces, and attempting to put her thumb in her mouth. The ultrasound tech showed us how she already has hair on the back of her head!! We got the entire thing on DVD and about 40 photos. It was tons of fun. I wish we could do that every weekend but of course, that would get expensive. Here are a few of my favorite shots from the session.

Here's a shot of Caitlin making fists!

In this shot, she's making a funny smirk!

In this picture, she's trying to get her thumb in her mouth but misses. She was trying to suck her thumb for most of the session but we were pushing on my tummy to get her to put her hands down so we could get shots of her face but as soon as she'd take her thumb out, she'd try to get it right back in!

Here's where she is sucking on her thumb!

Here's a full shot of her face and some of her chest, eyes closed of course...

On Saturday night, my husband and I hit the craft store to figure out how to put her name over the crib. We hit Michael's and I didn't really like what they had, they didn't have much. So, we hit Joann's Fabrics and they had a much better selection. We got the letters and then a few wooden bugs and flowers to add to the letters. I saw some letters on Etsy that I really liked but it would have cost $20 per letter ($140 in total) which is just not in my budget. This cost us $25 including a glue gun! Here's a sneek picture of how it'll look, still need to add some ribbon to hang the letters though.

It was a great weekend, very productive and exciting!

Lots of Updates!

On Wednesday, we had an appointment with the Peri. One advantage to having a fibroid is that we get ultrasounds every 6 weeks to make sure there is reasonable growth of the fibroid and that it's not causing any issues. Fortunately, it hasn't grown much and they don't anticipate it will ever be a problem but they are being cautious which is great! So, at the US, we got to see her kidneys, her heart, stomach, head, etc. It's really hard for me to tell what we're seeing but the heart was very clear. You could clearly see all 4 chambers of the heart and watch them pumping. It was amazing and the tech said Caitlin could be a model for hearts!

We got three pictures but all of the same thing, her face! It's pretty blurry but nonetheless, her first headshot! :)

The doctor said everything looks good and she is weighting 2 pounds 6 ounces!

Last night, my hubby and I also put up some flower and butterfly decals on the walls in her room. Here are a few pictures of that!

That's about everything!

Our Rocker is here!

The rocker just arrived!! I absolutely love it, fit in the room much better than I thought it would. It's so nice having another thing off the list! Now, I just need my hubby to put a tv in there for me to watch so I can recline with my feet up before the baby arrives.

Updated Room Pictures!

Well, DH and I had a super busy weekend!! He worked on the window valance and closet on Saturday while I tried doing some shopping at BRU, no luck though on my part. On Sunday morning, he set up the crib and dresser. After, we headed to the mall to order our rocker from LazyBoy! It is being delivered on Saturday. Then, we hit Target and bought a bunch of bedding/room type stuff. We decided to use the mix and match stuff from Target by Circo. We also bought a rug there but it's a little smaller than I'd like so I am going to see if I find anything else. Now, onto decorating and organizing!

My husband is very proud of his handy work, he just goes in the room and hangs in there doing nothing but looking around, so funny and cute. I absolutely love how it's turned out and can't wait to put those little touches on the room.

Here are a few updated photos!

Surprise! We have floors!

My husband is a nut! A good one though! He's a store manager for Walgreens, a 24 hour one. He works M-F, 8-6. But, the girl who works the overnight shift called in sick. So, the night manager stayed til 5am and my husband went in early. So, being he went in so early, he left early. I had an appt with my therapist so I didn't get home til 730PM. When I talked to him on the phone, I kinda thought to ask if he was going to do the floors but I thought no, I don't want him to feel pressured to do it. I figured he was exhausted. So, I get home and I notice all the Pergo boxes by the trash in the garage and when I walked in, all the boxes were out of the dining room. So, I asked him where'd all those boxes go? Sure enough, he did the floors this afternoon!! They are about 95% done, a few more rows and then the moldings. Here's how far my wonderful husband got after working so hard and getting up so early today....

We have Crown Molding and a Chair Rail!

My BIL wasn't able to make it on Friday so we hired someone to install it. We had been looking so we'd have a back up plan and the guy who came on Saturday was too good to resist! We had gotten some really high bids which was why we were holding off but this guy had a great rate!! I'm still in shock. Here are a few pics:

My DH will be installing the Pergo and closet this weekend so it should start to look more like a room soon. If things go well, I'm hoping to even get the crib assembled and in the room this weekend too! Stay tuned!

Kinda at a standstill on the nursery...

My BIL was too busy at work and wasn't able to come install the crown molding or the chair rail last week. My dh wanted to hold off on putting down the floors until that was done. So, for now, we're kinda in a holding pattern with continuing on the room. He is hoping to come by tomorrow to do the crown and chair rail though. If so, dh plans to install floors Sunday since we have family plans on Saturday.

Until then, we have been looking at gliders and trying to get that ordered. We have plans on Saturday to look at some more so that decision is almost done.

But for now, we've chosen the bedding and furniture.

I've been getting a few requests for belly pics as well. I've been in regular clothes up until this week so maybe soon. As of my last appt, I was only up 1.5 pounds. I lost 3 in the first trimester and just gained 4.5 pounds in the 2nd so you really can't tell. I promise once there's something to see that I'll take some but for now, there really isn't.

Hopefully, in a few days, I'll have pictures to show of the floors installed!

Monday, March 2, 2009

We have Paint!!

My husband took off a few days this week to start tackling the nursery. On Saturday and Sunday, we picked out paint, got crown molding and the chair rail along with some other misc. things. Here are a few not so good photos of the room before although we had already cleared it out.

And, here are the after photos. Of course, it's only the beginning since the floors are ripped out and the closet is also gone. Tomorrow, my BIL is coming over to install crown molding and the chair rail. Then, this weekend, the hubby will start installing the floors and put the closet back together!

19 weeks, 5 days and we have a gender confirmation!

It's a GIRL! Presenting Caitlin Eve!

ok, I was totally wrong on this one. I really thought it was a boy. But, regardless, we are beyond thrilled to finally know. Her name will be Caitlin Eve after our maternal grandmothers, Catherine and Evelyn. Caitlin means pure in Gaelic and Evelyn means life in Hebrew so together we've got pure life. Pretty appropriate for an IVF baby, don't you think?? We thought between her namesakes and the meaning of her name, it couldn't be a better fit.

We had a wonderful tech, the same one we had at 12weeks. Right off the bat, she asked if we knew the sex and if we wanted to know. She took a look half way through and the legs were so close together so she said, no boy stuff but let's go back to make sure in a bit. So, at the end, she left, checked her pictures to make sure she got them all and came back to get some pictures just for us. I was shocked when she went to do the US again. She got a shot of the legs even further apart and said definitely a girl, the doctor agreed. As you can see, some great shots!

During the US, Caitlin's hands were up infront of her head when the tech was trying to get the nose and lips but we could see her opening and closing her mouth. We also saw her flexing her wrist so you could see her hand moving up and down. It was a great experience, much improved from last time but a different tech too! We're just happy everything is looking good and couldn't be happier.

16 weeks 3 days!

Here's pictures from our ultrasound on Wednesday. Unfortunately, we had an extremely cranky and rude tech so it made for a bad experience. She complained the entire hour on how the baby was in a bad position, making it hard to do her job, etc. I felt like telling her to shut up so I can watch my kid in peace. At the end, she did try to peek for gender as we had told her we were excited to find out but I think she found that annoying due to her attitude. Well, we didn't see any boy parts but she really wasn't sure it was a girl. She did get a good view so I'm not sure what the issue was, the legs were spread. So, she said she'd go with girl but that she'd been wrong before. I didn't realize asking the gender was such a sensitive topic.

So, for now, we still aren't sure if it's a boy or a girl. We do go back on March 4 for another ultrasound so hopefully, we will get more definite answers then and a different tech!!

14 weeks!

There's really not much to update. While I am feeling somewhat better, I still feel icky. I feel fine during the day but around 5-8 is when things go down hill and at some point, I just have to get to bed. It depends on the day but it's either heartburn, headaches, nausea or just plain exhaustion. It's really not that bad. We have started purchasing stuff. Target had some great deals so I bought a play mat and tub. Plus, BRU had our pnp, travel system and highchair on sale. My mother bought the travel system and pnp. My MIL has offered to buy the crib and bought a bunch of little things that she gave me this weekend. It's funny too because she said not knowing the sex was cramping her style yet I think she bought alot of stuff! So, that's very cool!! Now, we're counting down to the next US which will hopefully reveal the sex. two more weeks!

And, here's what baby is up to this week!

This week's big developments: Your baby can now squint, frown, grimace, pee, and possibly suck his thumb! Thanks to brain impulses, his facial muscles are getting a workout as his tiny features form one expression after another. His kidneys are producing urine, which he releases into the amniotic fluid around him — a process he'll keep up until birth. He can grasp, too, and if you're having an ultrasound now, you may even catch him sucking his thumb.

In other news: Your baby's stretching out. From head to bottom, he measures 3 1/2 inches — about the size of a lemon — and he weighs 1 1/2 ounces. His body's growing faster than his head, which now sits upon a more distinct neck. By the end of this week, his arms will have grown to a length that's in proportion to the rest of his body. (His legs still have some lengthening to do.) He's starting to develop an ultra-fine, downy covering of hair, called lanugo, all over his body. Your baby's liver starts making bile this week — a sign that it's doing its job right — and his spleen starts helping in the production of red blood cells. Happy Second Trimester!

Woo hoo! I am officially in the 2nd trimester! Sorry for the lack of updates but things have been busy. I'm finally feeling a bit better so I've been trying to catch up on all those little things that I couldn't do while I wasn't feeling well. I made a list last night and it's quite overwhelming. I'm hoping to knock out most of it this weekend but I think that's a little ambitious. But, it's also a good reason to get out of the house while my dh attempts installing laminate in our guest room.

Last Wednesday, I had my NT scan and got see the baby moving all over the place. It was pretty funny. We got to see one of the hands and count all 5 fingers. The doctor said that so far, everything looks good and the baby is measuring a few days ahead so right in normal range.

Here's a few pics from the scan at 12 weeks and 3 days! It was one week ago.

I'm overdo on updates and I do have so many which I will try to do soon!! I'm just thrilled that I finally officially only have one doctor!
